SHIPPING UPDATE

As temperatures warm up – usually April through October - we recommend specialty shipping for states that do not border Wisconsin. (depending on the temperature).

Due to the perishability of our products, we need to get your package to you as soon as possible.

We highly recommend UPS Next Day Air during the very hot weather for states that take 2 to 5 days ground (check the map for transit days).

We cannot be held responsible for packages being shipped ground to these states and will be shipped at your own risk if you choose to ship ground (we cannot guarantee this).

When ordering please choose the correct shipping option (It ultimately is your choice on how you want it to ship. We just cannot guarantee ground shipping during the hot temperatures).

Ground services are usually sufficient when packages are being sent to states that border Wisconsin provided that the weather is not too hot. You may want to consider a faster method if the weather is too hot.

Any questions you may have on shipping please feel free to give us a call 920-885-3734 or 800-236-3734. We are here to help you!

If temperatures reach above 80/85+ we may have to suspend shipping until the temperature becomes cooler. We will let you know if this happens and will reschedule the shipment. We cannot be held responsible for the delay.

April through October our shipping days are Monday and Tuesday. We must receive orders by 2pm cdt to be able to ship out on Tuesday or the package may have to wait and be shipped out the following Monday.

Exceptions to this are Next Day Air packages, which can be shipped out on Wednesday if we have the order by 2pm cdt.

We cannot ship Chocolates, Cheese Curds, String cheese, Limburger or Limburger like cheese April through October.

When packages leave our store, the package is in the hands of UPS. Because of this we cannot be held responsible for UPS shipping delays, weather conditions, packages not delivered by desired date or any other conditions beyond our control.

We use UPS charges for our shipping cost plus a small handling fee to cover ice packs, boxes and packing materials. Cut cheese is cut as close as we can get to the size ordered.

We have the right to substitute a product of similar cost or greater if needed.

Over 125 varieties of Fine Wisconsin cheese

Schultz’s Cheese Haus

Since 1962 we have been sending a “Bit of Wisconsin” to every state in the country. Our cheese chalet was built as an exact replica of a true Swiss Chalet. Prior to being built, a special trip was made to Switzerland to make sure it would indeed be “authentic.” The original owner began his cheese career with numerous cheese factories in the area. Located on Hwy. 151 South in Beaver Dam, WI, Schultz’s Cheese Haus now carries over 125 varieties of cheese & sausage along with many other fine products made in Wisconsin.

Some of these products are preserves, mustards, honeys, maple syrups, etc., along with a large gift section and fine wines and chocolates. One of the featured products that we carry is our Aged Cheddar ranging in age form 2 years to 16 years. Whether you’re looking for a gift for a friend or corporate gifts, we have you covered! Many of our products are sourced locally so you can feel good and enjoy the products of this great state!

Nestled on two acres of wooded land, Schultz’s Cheese Haus is a “bit of Switzerland,” featuring a “bit of Wisconsin.” When in the area, we hope you will stop in and see for yourself.
